In-store purchases

Please check all items carefully before paying at the till. Once payment has been completed, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless a product is faulty or has been incorrectly supplied.

Home delivery orders

For deliveries across Poole and Bournemouth, we ask customers to check their order as soon as it arrives. If anything is missing, damaged or incorrect, please contact us straight away so we can look into it and try to put things right.

Your rights
